Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Heavyweight Hemp provides communication and order updates throughout the fulfillment process when applicable.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Heavyweight Hemp is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
